Paging through threads and a couple of other minor things

I haven't thought this through fully but you will get the giste.
How about moving the paging option from below the box "Best answer" to above it so that it is on screen instead of having to scroll/pgdn to it ?
Couldn't "Last" in the paging option take you directly to the last entry instead of the top of the last page ?
Likewise for ctrl/f5 to refresh. Maybe it does, just doesnt work on my machine like that.
Finally how about an A-Z clickable site map at the bottom of the page (Where house rule - Contact etc are) as there are quite a lot of nested subjects now in the "Topics" - I lost jokes the other day eg, forgot it was in Phrases, with a full site map I'd have clocked it straight away. I know there similar available in expanded "Topics" just a thought..
Anyway, have a good day.

Could do, but how is that better? We assume you'd want to see the actual questions before paging on, so you'll be scrolling down anyway?

As Umm says, those who haven't read it all wouldn't thank you. Also, all the links there relate to pages, why would "last" relate to answers?
