If i want i surgery abroad may i ask for payback? How? Where? Please help.

i take it you mean you can't get the eye surgery you need/want in the UK, and wonder if anyone will reimburse the cost if you go abroad instead.
Unless you are in a gold-plated health scheme I think you will have to learn to whistle.
It is your Primary Care Trust who would be responsible for payment of healthcare you received abroad (Europe) but it must be agree with them before you receive the treatment and the treatment received must be something that they would have offered in the UK but for some reason are unable to in an acceptable clinical time frame. see http://www.nhs.uk/NHS...ages/Entitlement.aspx for a brief outline. If you still feel treatment abroad is the best / only option then discuss it with you PCR. Whilst I wish you luck I do think the circumstances for receiving funding for this sort of thing are quite narrow so I wouldn't pin your hopes on it too much until you know more / have sough advice.
Ah, I assume i surgery is text speak for eye surgery.
