I don't drive much and I'm in easy walking distance to everything I'll need. Luckily though, my OH's boss gave us some petrol yesterday. He has loads.

No queues here in North Herts just the normal trade at our 2 petrol stations , straight to the pump didn't even have to wait.

Why is everyone panicing...there's no official word of a strike yet there's plenty there if people don't panic. I wonder just how much these tanker drivers want...average wage is around £45k wish I earned that much!!

One giggle...silly tart at the tesco express/petrol station this miorning had filled her motor and her two Jerry cans....silly tart couldn't lift them into her car...I had to chuckle!

times like this I am almost glad I don't drive.... I have friends who are so dependant on theirs they wouldn't even make it to the top of the road to buy a newspaper...

I'd have problems if I couldn't fill my car up. I live in the country and don't even have a local shop.

......I'd fill me wellies if it'd keep me on the road....can't be doing with buses and shank's pony fills me with absolute dread.....all that walkin'....Ugh

.....and careful on Skye Mark...that Talisker is pretty good but not recommended when driving ;-)
