Well that's been a pleasant surprise, another nice warm sunny day today in Leicestershire, we thought that the nice days had gone after the freezing temps we had yesterday. But No, we have been gardening all day in short sleeve T shirts and even had lunch outside ........... wonderful! Not looking forward to the coming week though, says it could even SNOW! and Easter looks really dismal ..........but we are grateful to have enjoyed our brief spell of Summer this week and really pitied those of you at work! :)

Ann...we have four wheelie bins,
Green for garden and food waste collected weekly.
Brown for glass, plastic bottles, clean foil, collected 4 weekly.
Blue for paper and thin cardboard, collected 2 weekly.
Black for anything non recyclable, collected 2 weekly.

It doe'snt leave a lot of room in gardens, mine is quite small.

Yes all these horrible wheelie bins are a blot on the landscape in my opinion. On collection days the streets look so scruffy.
