Suppose we were to write a load of total rubbish for an answer or deliberately include incorrect 'facts' how would you know? I assume you are a law student , this is one of the most competitive professions to get into and only the top few % will succeed . If you have to resort to asking us to do your course work you may as well quit now.
I think peope have been a little unfair
altho' Ihave to say that neither of the questions can be classed as 'hard'
You need to contrast a statute law that has stood the test of time -Perjury Act 1906 is a good one - v little case law modifying it
with one that has had a lot of judicial comment - perhaps sale of goods
to a third where there isnt a statute
equity and trust spring to mind but youa re not ding that yet I suppose
perhaps negilgence
