It was easy but I am still stuck on the last one - 20d Spare Wound (4). I have -a-h and although I can think of words meaning wound, I can't relate them to the 'spare' part of the clue! Explanations welcome!

I found it pretty hard!
I had never heard of Will Stutely until about 10 seconds ago. Also the cockney one - APPETITE, took me ages; but soon after I got that I found GASH, and that was it.
