Help!!!!
Every time i try to play my dvd player the screen is green.
Can anyone help me out, my cable box works fine, only have the problem when trying to connect the dvd player through the scart. Tried a few scart cables but no joy. Dvd player works fine on other tvs.
Do i need to connect it with the AV connections, or is there something else i should be doing. My TV is HD.
Thanks for any help.

Your scart cables are not plugged in properly (or broken).
Having read the question again.... it's certainly a SCART connection problem, if you've tried all options then I'd guess a broken SCART connector on the TV if all other inputs work OK
Sorry if this has already been checked out.
Have you noted the number on the SCART inlet, and used that channel for viewing?
ie if you take lead to inlet AV1, and try viewing on AV2, you'll get no signal.

Thanks for the answers guys, but sorry to say none have worked. New scart cables and still green. Ive even plugged the dvd into the scart socket ive used for my cable and nothing works.
I dont know where to go from here, think it might be a compatibility problem, as my tv is brand new and dvd is a few years old.
