Should Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his four alleged co-conspirators be tried by a military court in America, or should they be tried for crimes against humanity in the international court of justice in the Hague?

A military court is not ideal. But a large amount of the evidence will be from the national security departments and sources are sensitive. To make the court credible, the US need to have as much of it as possible open and liable to scrutiny.
Whether they get a fair trial remains to be seen. But I would rather have a trial, even if it is flawed, than not have one, and lock up people without justice being seen to be done.

they should not be tried in The Hague, that would not constitute mass extermination for example The Holocaust or the genocide in Rwanda.
I believe they should stand trial in a civil court in the US and not military.
But it's entirely up to US what it thinks best. As to the comments about
less than 3,000 dead, that is about as insensitive as Jake the Pegs comments regarding the 52 that perished in London.

Apologies. Sorry, I did not mean to offend anyone. I would at least have to add another nought for it to be classed a crime against humanity. As it is, 3000 is 0.00005% of humanity.
Which is all irrelevent, because the US are not going to agree to a trial in the Hague. I just hope the evidence is more convincing than that against Al migrate (which was at the Hague).

Yes a bit of a problem it seems, I read one and think yes that would be the best way, then I read another and my mind is changed once again.
And then;
/// if hes kept alive hes then liable to be used for ransom demands by other lunatic muslims ///
Yes I think bazwillrun has got a point there.
Being a bit of an animal lover, I don't go along with the 'feed him to the pigs' solution though.
