i am in current discussion with a ebay seller and he has sent an invoice to my paypal account. However I have received an email to my standard yahoo account, which linked me to paypal and all my details, it had the call back system and everything but the payment just keeps saying confirm payment, confirm payment everytime I click 'pay' so theres something wrong there. I am new to paypal and when I look on my paypal account I can't see any reference to the invoice on my paypal account, should there be some reference???? Like 'you have an invoice'?? where do I look?

You should have that invoice in your email account?
Can you click on the 'pay now' button in your purchase list on eBay itself?

There are issues with PP at the moment
See eBay discussion forums - there is a header at the top of them saying so
