He's alright, $900,000 to move where he wants, and new people moving into town. It'll probably be a family affair as to who does all his jobs from now on, but it's nice to see an expanding township from now on, or at least I suppose that may be what happens.

However, we'll wait & see as to the outcome of the next census in town.
