I had my last period April 2011 and yesterday started bleeding again. In January this year I had a pelvic floor repair op..... bladder and bowel prolapse. Could this op mean my periods have started again?

Sorry, absolutely no idea. Suggest you consult your GP - s/he's usually good for medical advice.
Unlikely but impossible to say with certainty.

Monitor the situation for a few weeks and if the bleeding continues, then see your GP.
Have you had a shock lately? I say this as I had missed periods for over 6 months then when I lost my husband they returned. 6 months later they stopped again and that's been a year too.
