I love this, but either eat it as comes out the pack, or maybe turn into a pate, any other recipies i can try using this fish?

I made a risotto and flaked the mackerel and stirred it through just before the end for my wee boy - he loved it!!

You could make kedgeree with it too. Just replace the haddock with the mackerel.
