There was a thread the other day about mackerel. I love it flaked over salad leaves, with wedges of cooked but not pickled beetroot, gratings of fresh horseradish and a vinaigrette with a squeeze of orange in it.
Carmenere is lush, I might have to creep ff and check the wine rack now.......
I was back home with my family and had a turkey crown with mash, carrots, leeks, parsnips, stuffing and gravy then my sil had made a lovely Easter cake for afters with gorgeous icing and mini eggs on top :)
Sharing the turkey stash I brought back with the cats tonight - wraps for me and the rest for them.
