Last clue and a query.... 28 ac Dish all there screening wooden princess (5,5) I have Steak Diane, but Steak Diana would make more sense. Which one is it?

22d Some writer locked in passage - might he put you away? (8). Hannibal or cannibal are the only two I can think of that fit, but which one, and why?

I just can't get my head around either of these?

That's me done for another week. I can feel the withdrawal symptoms coming on already....
Of course- I'm glad the passage was CANAL. I was thinking of something slightly different
