To those of you who commented on my recent thread about asking for a credit on a TV I bought that just went down £50 in the sale, I have just received the following email.
"Thank you for your reply and for the requested information.
In response, Good News, I will allow your request and I will sanction for a Credit Note for the difference for you.
Please let me know if the address below id the best one to send to.
Perhaps the corporate world is kinder (or has more sense) than we think - Canon have approved my cashback claim too (see my post in EB's thread here http://www.theanswerb.../Question1121864.html ).
