I have sign up to a jobsite and plan to email to every on this site information about how to find employment is this spamming?

I would guess it is, yes. You are sending unsolicited mail to people who have not asked for it.

What do you gain from this, exactly? Do they have to pay for your words of wisdom?

Most people don't like spam because you don't know if it carries a virus etc.
