Newcastles ground is (or was) St. James' Park, while Exeter's is St. James Park.

There is a difference.

There is also a park in London called St. James's Park, again slightly different.
Question Author
St. James's Park is quite nice on a sunny winter's morning.
Oh dear, I seem to have made a faux pas. All I can say as a local is that it is pronounced Saint Jamezzez Park, hence my spelling.
The names suggest that Exeter's ground is named after St. James, while Newcastle's is owned by him.

I hope he doesn't want it back.
