Is it possible for 2 different devices to use Face-Time if they are both logged into Itunes using the same ITunes Account?

Yes. However if you want the two devices to be used to talk to each other they need difference contact emails. I have two macs on the same account but one uses a gmail address and the other my .mac address. This enables me to FaceTime home when I'm away.
