Cheerio to old Leo in party (6-2) *O*D*E-*O
I thought it would be 'toodle-oo', but the letters in the apparent anagram (TOOLDLEO) would make it toodle-lo. Does anyone know if Toodle-lo is a phrase?
(FYI The Sunday Post is a Scottish newspaper)

Thanks for that, but there are 4 Os in toodle-oo and only three in 'to old leo'. Wonder if it's a misprint?

doesn't require an anagram

to = TO, old = O, leo in party put LEO inside DO

Answer should be toodle loo, which means farewell/see you later etc, think this is one they have got wrong
