Addiction

Does anyone else find this site addictive? Once I start looking at various questions and answers or posting questions of my own, I find it really difficult to log out and switch off. Perhaps I should just give myself half an hour at a time.

VERY addictive, I wasn't even going to come on it today cos I'm busy, then I thought I'd have a quick look, but not post anything and here I am posting - doh !!!!!

At least it is a harmless addiction unlike some out there, the one most of the kids have, that Facebook thingy, now that is bad.

I use it often for five or ten to take a wee break and refresh myself before some more editing etc.

I'm not sure its any less harmless than the Facebook thingy Tracie66.

If we spend more time on here than we should then we're obviously supposed to be doing something else or speaking to someone else. I don't use it but I'm interested to know why Facebook is worse?
