Does anybody remember a creepy dinnertime animated series,called the 'magic fountain'? watched it when young, scared the ***** out of me, any one!

Not sure on the title but do remember watching a scary kids programme when I was young, must have been around 1976. It was on at lunchtimes before Rainbow I believe, and It scared the **** out of me as well. Cant remember any details about it, just that I was glad when Bungle, Zippy and co arrived.
