Anyone own one of these?, my friend has just bought one and we are trying to use the Walkman on it but the cd with the software on it is PC only and I have a Mac. Have loaded some mp3's on it for her but it has messed all the track titles up, ie says the name of the track playing but it is something completely different, bummer. Any idea's guy's
Err yeah, that is why I have posted this question, I have the K750i and that does not require any additional software, you just plug it in and transfer files, these new walkman phones don't appear to be as simple to use, any help would be grately received
you can cut and paste mp3 files directly onto the phone as if it were a removable hard drive without using the software provided. Just make sure it goes in the media folder under sounds or ringtones I think. Hope this helps, sorry if you've already tried it!

Not sure why its messed up the track listing, i've tried to just drag and drop mp3's from my documents and it'll display them on the phone (name and title) but won't play them unless you add the songs via their software which comes with it (sneaky sony if you ask me). How did you load mp3's on to it, via your phone? Maybe it messed them up because it requires the software. This probably hasn't helped you one bit.

I've got one and have no problems with it. If you use itunes then you don't get artist / title info properly transferred. You have to use the sony software included with the phone. Matt
