For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Sometimes I notice a book because of its cover, so I guess I could judge it in a positive way from its cover.If the cover is ugly/uninspired/boring etc. and I've had the book recommended or read something good about it I don't care. I don't care as such if a film poster has been used for the book cover, but if I could chose between one with the poster and something else, I would go for something else :)
As another point I can't stand it when they make films into books and they tend to have the poster as cover, in those cases I can't stand it either!
I can understand you perfectly indieanna! I would never buy Harry Potter in the adult version (that sounds rather naugthy doesn't it?) it has to be the child/original one and I would definitely go for Narnia in a childrens version too. And I promise I want come and bite those who buy film posters versions :)
