Our area, West Country, went all digital about two years ago. Recently, every time we switch on, we get a message to re-tune. If we do not re-tune and just get rid of the message, it keeps coming back which is very annoying. When we do retune just to shut it up, no extra channels are found.
Any suggestions please, to stop it doing this.

Depending on the make of your TV set or digibox you should have an option to turn off the New Service Message.
On my Panasonic set this option is found by going to
Set Up -- Display -- New Service Message and then selecting Off
If you let us know the make and model of your set I'm sure someone on here will guide you through the process.
