Signing up with Gravatar

I have been trying to sign up to Gravatar to get myself one. It allows me to go through all the signing up business and tells me my user name is available. Then when I actually go to sign in it keeps telling me my user name or password is incorrect. I have tried several times with n o joy. Can anyone help, please?

exactly the same problem i had. i messaged them and the ed on here for help - no replies. i've given up

Yes, craft1948, tried that too, but still no joy. Glad to hear I am not the only one, excelsior-1. Was beginning to think it was my own stupidity!

I always get mixed up and put my email in the top box, then my user name below, takes me a few minutes to remember there is a password as well.

I definitely put email address and password in correct boxes, mamyalynne and then tried user name and password but no luck.

Just tried mine and allows me in, wonder what the problem is??

No idea, but wish I knew. Have just wasted over half an hour on it!

Have you had a confirming email from Gravatar to activate the account?

Yes, I have and I clicked on link as requested but they still don't seem to want me. :(

If you want me to have a look you can email me your passwords for here and gravatar, and what email addy you've used on gravatar. My throw away email addy is [email protected] don't know what else to suggest.
