UPVC door kind of leaking brown stuff...
5 Answers
Ive had a UPVC front door for about 7-8 years. It's great, apart from when it rains (most days) a small dribble of brownish 'stuff' seems to come out of the bottom moulding. I have over the years blamed the cat and cleaned it off, repeatedly - but it isn't the cats and doesn't whiff. Sorry cats. The door seems fine in every other respect - has anyone any idea what this is and why a UPVC door might weep tears of gravy?

Apparently these are drain holes which drain the water to outside
