anyone read that book by jean m eual.my gosh it was some going in parts,just finnished it,it took me 3 weeks to get through it ?????

Never read this series but I have a friend who loves it - depends how fast you usually read, three weeks is quite quick for some people!

I've just finished it. It was awful - and if it had been less repetitive it could have been a quarter the size. For heaven's sake, who wants to know every single time the baby is suckled, or anyone makes water, or why everyone is referred to by interminable titles. Such a fascinating series to start with, just a potboiler to finish with.

i agree with you margie04,really looked forward to the final book,the beginning was fine but started getting bored when going through the caves bit,i skipped some pages,i liked the ending though.

Try Chronicles of Ancient Darkness by Michelle Paver instead.
