Before I toddle off to bed I should add about my habit of eating ice cubes. I go through about 2kg per day. I presumed that they would do me no harm, I drink or eat them instead of ice cold fizzy stuff or ice cold water. They are lovely.
Hi wolf, I'm no doctor but eating ice can often be a symptom of anaemia (iron deficiency) and anaemia itself can often cause pain particularly in the liver area at night. I'd get your blood work checked with the doctor though to be sure. But eating ice itself can't do any harm unless of course you have bad teeth!
My 'pain' started as an irritation about 5 years ago then turned into a huge pain in the neck, causing me lots of pain and heartache. I eventually got the strength to tackle the problem. It has taken me over 3 years to finally be rid of the 'pain', although it still tries to get me back!
