<DIV>A tenant gave a bad check which was returned refer to drawer, after trying to cash the check and collect from tenant that is leaving next week anyway, are there any specific laws in regards to writing a bad check that I can use to go after the tenant?</DIV>

<DIV>No.. I am in the USA but my house i in London, the tenant has all ready burnt through his deposit because of damage, late fees etc....

<DIV>There are 4 people in the home one contract all individualy responsible for full amount with 4 gaurantors, but they have not seemed to grasp the fact from day one that 3 out of four comming up with the rent does not let them all off if one does not pay.

<DIV>I expect one lump sum each month but for the last year have been receiving it in bits each month, this is the last month and a quarter of the rent payment bounced..
