If a charity were set up to gather all the unwanted animals, dogs cats horses donkeys owls etc, and send them as food to the starving children in korea etc what would the objections be, Oh and if all the money saved from not having to feed and care for these animals was also used to help starving children so much the better. As no one sane would object to pigs and chickens being sent to feed these starving children then it cannot be an animal welfare issue, so help the children or keep the animals?

Dee sa, its a hypothetical question intended to stimulate debate, not a proposal and certainly not one that coincides with my personal views. Only shar pei dogs, isnt that something rather racist:)
