Tell Us About Your Appearances on TV

Mine include:
1. Age 16 on Calendar Dreams (a sort of regional Jim'll Fix it) riding an elephant
2. As an extra (a prostitute) in an episode of Kavanagh QC
3. When my daughter was toddler she was accosted by a dodgy looking Santa on a Scarborough street. When he grabbed her I batted him, not knowing he was a TV interviewer asking kids what they wanted for Xmas
4. I appeared in every episode of a 6 part documentary filmed for the now defunct BBC Choice channel. The videos are kept under lock & key until I die as they are very embarrassing.
There have been other TV appearances but I won't bore you with any more at the moment

Myself and some friends were filmed dancing and also interviewed. My friends and I were also filmed entering the club amongst the multitude. I remember thinking God I hope my mom doesn't see this LOL.
In a Christmas Songs of Praise when I was in a choir many years ago - the camera focused on my face for about five seconds and my mum insisted on showing the video to any visitors for the next 20 years or so.
Then years later in a documentary about hypnotherapy and regression, when I was a 'subject' for my friend who was a hypnotherapist.

A "Not on TV" appearance happened when I was about twenty. A late night phone call from my sister telling me to put the TV on. I did and there was my double. Features, mannerisms, unusual red hair and voice. It was creepy. But what was worse was she was one of a group of prostitutes being interviewed about their work. Everyone I was at school with who watched the programme would be sure they knew what I was now doing for a living.
