Olympic torch carriers cashing in.

The runners are given a souvenir torch, and they seem to be on Ebay for loadsa money.
If this cash isn't going to charity, there's something very wrong.
Are the organisers so stupidly naive, or what?

I think it is an honour to be selected to be a runner. These guys are cheapening the experience IMO.
One guy on ebay has put his up for sale before he has even run!
He should have his 'run' taken off him & given to someone who appreciates it, not someone who is going to make money off the back of it.
Those bids of 100K will be hoax bids, they will not pay.
