Further to joe.s-b's request about Eurax...I've also noticed it's disappearance-along with Dispirin Extra(dispersible aspirin and paracetamol),and anything by Scholl for athlete's foot.Any more? Why do reliable products just vanish?
I had the same problem when Propain headache tablets suddenly vanished off the shelves - it was the most reliable painkiller I've ever used. No explanations, the pharmacies just couldn't get it any more.
the medical stuff is partly due to licensing regulations and a lot of stock being shifted to overseas markets I am desperate for Syndol and its gone... Its the only thing that helps with the 'thunderstorm headaches'
I pick up dozens of packets of Dristan anti-congestion tablets whenever I'm in the USA. I used to get them here 10+ years ago, but they vanished. Even there, they're only available in a few shops, including Kmarts, I think.
Thank you for that link,Huderon. It may explain the absence of Scholl products. I had a look on the Scholl site, and I see that they are part of SSL-the company mentioned in the article.
