Googe Chrome
I am getting fed up with the continual problems that I am having with Internet Explorer, and I am thinking of changing to Google Chrome.
But what I want to know is, if I do change over, will I lose the info that I have on IE ? For instance, I have loads of sites stored in my "Favourites" folder. Will this folder be saved abd reappear on Chrome ?
I just want to ensure that I don't bugger up my PC altogether if I make the change!

If I go out and come back to the screen a few hours later, its says that "it has closed unexpectantly" etc. I access my emails through IE9 as well and sometimes they just "freeze" in the middle of writing a new email, and I have no option but to do a cold boot.
I have always had the odd problem, ever since I first used a PC back in 1995, but it has gotten much worse this last year.
Perhaps I will try Chrome and see what happens.
Considering how much Mr Gates is making, you would think he and his boffins would try to sort this problem out, wouldn't you ?
Thanks for your reply.

What version of IE9 are you using ? If you have a 64 bit version of Windows then you must use the 32 bit one as the 64 bit doesn't work. Most of the issues being experienced with it relate to it not being configured correctly ie managing your add ons and running all sites in compatiability mode and using software aceleration instead of hardware if you are using on board graphics.
