Track listings on Amazon

I've just been browsing on Amazon music, and was surprised to find track-listings on the CD details. I'm sure there didn't used to be - I used to go to Play.com for the track listings ,or look in the MP3 section. Am I right or did I not page down far enough before? I'm sure someone out there in ABland will know the answer. They also have a "customer forum" which appears to have no connection whatsoever with the CD in question- why?

You may find that some do and some don't have listings.
As I recall it has always been that way but did improve when they started offering tracks as MP3 d/l's
