I am trying to find some nail scissors with large finger holes for my mother who has arthritic fingers. All I can find are toenail ones with long handles which are not what I want. Can anyone help please?

You could try contacting your local authority occupational therapy department. They should be able to tell you where you can get whatever aids you want/need.
They might even do a proper assessment and give advice on all sorts of helpful gadgets.
Can your mother make pinching movements? I have some with no holes. They are permanently open and operated by pinching. don`t know if these would help.
you can get battery operated ones.. usually used for pattern cutting, so a fabric shop etc may stock them
I cut my toenails with something like these.
