Sat Nav disc mount

Hi
I have a self adhesive sat nav disc mount on my dashboard - is there an easy way to remove these does anybody know ? I think I have heard that warming with a hairdryer helps but need confirmation.

well at the moment, you shouldn't need the hairdryer, just leave the car in the sun. You can also buy stuff called sticky stuff remover that I find invaluable.

WD40 does the same job as Lakeland sticky stuff remover, but cheaper.
