I can't wait - Sabbath, Metallica, it's juts going to be monstrous!

haha yes. Hasnt it gone through several incarnations such as Ozfest? I've never been but did go to the Metallica/Megadeth gig in 1993 at Milton Keynes bowl.

wouldnt mind seeing Sabbath but did prefer Tony Martin as lead singer.

I think you have to accept that this is probably the last time the original Sabs are going to be on stage together - that is assuming Bill Ward's contract negotiations have been sorted out - he was not impressed with the deal he was offered, so talks are in progress.

Other than that, it's a great weekend to see some established names and see tue up-and-coming acts as well.

Not my sort of music but my nephew is going, he is just back from Afghanistan so will be looking forward to it.
