My problem is My neighbour is using my parking space as His own driveway blatantly driving up my drive to park his kit car on the land behind it (Between our houses) ,
I have checked with my deeds and on there my boundries include these two parking spaces the wife has 1 car and I also have 1 ,
also Mr next door also has two spaces for his use
I have checked and this is an act of enrochement but would like some inventive ways of stopping this act instead of going through the legal process

why? what harm or damage is he doing? if you don't like him putting his car on the land between your houses (you don't say who owns that patch so I assume its his), then ask him nicely to refrain from using your parking space to gain access - however, personally I would prefer to get on with my neighbours and not make a mountain out of a parking space.....

What about approaching the neighbour in a friendly manner and politely asking that he stops driving on your parking space? It's always best to resolve such things with a friendly word rather than with unpleasantness. If he responds with abuse or ignores you then you can take it further - if the issue is really inconveniencing you. If not then I would let it go. You have to ask yourself if it's worth getting involved in one of these silly neighbourly squabbles which seem so daft to everyone else? Does your parking space really mean so much thepossibilities?

Type Your Answer Here...Does this inconvienience you at all or is it just annoying. If just annoying then I would ignore it. If it inconveniences you by you having to move your car to let him in or out then I would speak to him about it.

If you're at home when he's doing this, then surely at least one (or maybe both) of your parking spaces are occupied, so how is he using your drive ??
If you're not at home when he's using your drive, what's the problem, as you're not there to see it happen, so it can't wind you up that much ...... can it ??
If you haven't got a car and he's using your drive to reach his parking spot, what's the problem ??
Like previously asked, is it just winding you up in general, or are we missing something else ??
