Chicken Pox

Little Tiggs has chicken pox and the spots are at the pre-scab stage. Looks like were stuck indoors for the next few days :o(

Mr Tiggs has never had chicken pox so he said he wouldn't come to visit in case he caught it or shingles. How do you get shingles?

OH had a poor immune system so I was told if Chicken Pox appeared at school I should stay away. Maybe over cautious doctor but not one child obliged in ten years.
He did have shingles twice though, and so painful.

All five of my kids came down with chicken pox on the same same day, 3 mild 2 had them everywhere and I mean everywhere. Hubby ended up with them as well, never had as a child, he wasn't too bad. they all looked liked little ghosts. So glad it was all done in a oner so to speak.

Hi everyone I missed earlier, parents came round and I managed to go to Tesco. Haven't been food shopping for over two weeks and my fridge and cupboards were beginning to look like the Marie Celeste!

Well, Little Tiggs is covered all over his front, arms, legs and face. He has a really nasty blister right on the end of his nose! Hardly has any on his back though.
