Did anybody else notice how miserable E2R looked today? She barely smiled at all.

That was a miserable day too but I made the point only yesterday to my OH that in all the years the Queen has been on the throne, I've often thought she looked miserable, fed up and somewhat reluctant. As if she just didn't want to be there at all.
The poor woman is 87, she stood for an hour and a half in the cold wet weather, wouldn't you be miserable? I bet she would rather have been on the sofa with a blanket over her and a cup of cocoa watching the procession on the tellie! Having said that, I don't think she looked in the least miserable, she was enjoying it and waving, as were the rest of the Royals around her. Good on her.
Hi corylus,
Missed all the shenanigans today as out all day and just in, but tommorrow we're having our street party in the afternoon and are ALL wearing royal masks, so my Prince Phillip one will be sure to have a smile on my face as I wrestle with the multiple BBQ orders......oh joy!!! aaarrghhhhhhh.
I may offend a few people if i'm feeling particularily mischievous. :0)
