Does decluttering your space allow "Energy" to flow or is this just a psychological thing? I though energy could travel through matter which is why i'm confused.

I suppose it is a bit like the colour of wall paint. Some colours are said to give people a calming feeling and other promote aggression. In the end, it is the mind that does the response.

'Energy' is probably the word most misused by quacks and other pseudoscience cranks, who plainly have no idea what it means.
