It probably depends on whether you suffer from insomnia, or normally sleep easily.

In my case I would probably still nod off, but it would I woke up soon needing a pee.

I cannormally sleep through anything at any time. Just wondered as caffeine yet hot milk is supposed to make you sleepy.

Like a thermos it keeps hot drinks hot.. and cold drinks cold....but...how does it know the difference

I suspect there is some wishful thinking about hot milk making you sleepy. It may help you relax which might help, but I'm unaware of any direct affect on sleep patterns.

It doesn't know the difference janz. Try putting 2 coffees and an ice cream in and you'll see it gets confused.
