Nosey parker janz Heh Heh!..... I am very deaf and can lip read quite well but in this case I can't make out what the Queen says..."funny" accent and the ability to hide her words behind the fixed smile....over the years it is possible that she has learnt to speak without giving away what she is saying to people like the press etc....otherwise her every word would become puplic...Just guessing mind ;-)
