It is with a grave heart that I have to inform you that my prostate cancer will take it`s toll within the coming year as my GP has informed me there is not much more they can do for me, but as yet I am keeping my spirits up and hope and knowing there are my friends are behind me I will fight on.

My mum was given 2 weeks to live and carried on for another 5 months, and another friend was told 6 months and is still here 6 years later! So DONT give up, keep on fighting, posting questions, and live live live!!
