Well, im 17 my mate is also 17 we got ****** n drove my car neaither of us have a licence but i am insured on the car, he was driving when we got pulled over, i am now being charged with " use of a motor vehicle without third party insurance" i had said i was driving i was also drunk at the time, so i am wondering why i am being charged with driving with no insurance when clearly i should be geting charge for drink driving aswell as my mate?
They can't prove that you were driving that's why you havent been charged with that one.
your insurqance is invalid if you do not have a full licence and you are not driving the car under the terms of the insurance certificate i.e. under proper supervision.
Prepare yourself for an onslaught of abuse from aber's who quite rightfully will be disgusted at your stupid irresponsible actions. Think yourself lucky that the police did pull you over and stop you before you killed someone else or damaged their car in an accident.
The courts will ban you from driving without hesitation.
I hope you live in a city, because if you live in a rural area, your future (permanent , hopefully) dependence on public transport ( which in rural areas is practically non-existent) would almost cause me to have sympathy for you.
That would be wrong, you complete imbecile. (with apologies to all imbeciles who might be offended by association with an ament like you)
Someone I know was walking into town with her hubby recently when a drunk 19 year old ploughed into them. He pushed her out of the way, but took full impact. He was not expected to survive and it is a miracle he did. Grow up and thank God you did not kill or injure somebody.
