I think Cameron has kissed Angela Merkel more than he's kissed his wife. With such a love in we are in there at least until she's gone.

He may be playing a very foolish strategy here.

The Scots have no love for the Tories - they make up just over 10% of the Scottish Parliament.

If he starts to look too desperate there's a chance he'll just encourage them to vote for independance because it's "not what the Tory's want".

He'd be a lot wiser to show a low profile and let the Labour No campaign do the talking
