Yes it works we don'nt call it a diet it is healthy eating. I lost 2 stone but I am stuck at the moment just want another stone off but there are a few doing very well in fact one lady has lost 4 stone since joining us .As I say we are not experts we just give ideas as what works for one does'nt work for another,
