download for epson printer

I ve had my laptop wiped and need to connect my epson sx405 printer back on to it but my disc is cracked so looked on internet for a driver to download ( think thats right ) and found one on the epson site but it still asks for disc to be inserted which i have nt got ? anyone know of a site where i can get the download and it be easy to get on please.

Have you actually installed the driver?

This is the file you should have downloaded:
ftp://download.epson-europe.com/pub/download/
3246/epson324601eu.exe

(Copy and past that line into your browser's address bar, then click 'Go', if it's different to what you actually downloaded).
However downloading the file doesn't install the driver. You need to go the wherever you've downloaded the file to, and double-click on that file, in order to start the installation process.

To get the download, go here:
http://www.epson.co.u...pportLandingPage=true
and click on 'Download', adjacent to the word 'Driver'. Then, once you've downloaded the file, double-click on it.

well, why not try a software to download the driver you need easily and correctly in minutes?...
