Hang on....I've got it! The question is "Which unscrupulous Wimbledon tradesperson only hires out consumables?". He can only be identified by a number - rather than his name - due to a statute going back to 1878 which allows touts and likeminded scoundrels to get away with underhand dealings within the confines of an already overpriced sporting venue....... am I right?
